Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are business activities that can create and expand job opportunities, provide economic services to the community, and are able to play a role in the process of equity and increasing people's income in Indonesia. in realizing national stability. The purpose of this study was to determine the problems faced by PT. Bersih Seperti Baru in carrying out its business and providing the right solutions effectively and efficiently. The analysis is carried out through the current business model and creates the latest business model according to the company's needs. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive type. The technique of determining informants is done by interviewing employees and interested parties in the company. The process of data analysis is carried out by reducing data and presenting the data that has been obtained for later drawing conclusions. This research is expected to help the company PT. Bersih Seperti Baru to improve the competitiveness of MSMEs in terms of employee productivity to be able to increase productivity in doing their jobs. Establishing an employee performance appraisal system and applying rewards and punishments are aimed at improving the performance of the company's employees.
