However, several things cause employee satisfaction to decrease, such as a work culture that is not internalized, an inadequate work environment, and an unsupportive leadership style. This study aims to explain the influence of work culture, work environment, and leadership style on employee job satisfaction at Office Krisna Oleh-Oleh Bali. The number of samples used is 50 employees, with the sampling technique used being saturated sampling. Collecting data in this study using a questionnaire, and the data in this study were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The theory used in this research is Social Exchange Theory. The results of this study indicate that work culture has a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction of employees of Office Krisna Oleh-Oleh Bali. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction of Krisna Oleh-Oleh Bali office employees. Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at Office Krisna Oleh-Oleh Bali.</p> ER -
